Information collected automatically
When you browse the Website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may record technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from platforms where you interact with us, such as LinkedIn or Instagram, from people who refer you to us, and, if you are a client, from the ad and analytics accounts you give us access to.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as card details, health information or biometric data through the Website. If you share login details with us so that we can deliver services, we use them only for that purpose. Where a platform allows it, we recommend giving us access through its user or partner access settings instead of sharing passwords.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:

- prepare proposals, and deliver, manage and bill for our services;
- send you newsletters and updates you have subscribed to;

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit your details to us, or for other uses the law allows, such as using information you have voluntarily given us for the purpose you gave it, or meeting a legal obligation. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in Your rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we carried out before you withdrew it.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only when needed, with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as Formspree (which receives submissions from our contact chat), our email and WhatsApp messaging services (WhatsApp is operated by Meta), and our website hosting, cloud storage, accounting and analytics providers. They may use your data only to provide their services to us.
- Platforms and partners involved in delivering a client’s services, on that client’s instructions.
- Professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers.

6. Data we handle for clients
When we run campaigns or build websites for clients, we may handle personal data about the client’s own customers, for example leads from ad forms or contact lists used for remarketing. In that case we act on the client’s instructions as a “Data Processor”, and the client is responsible for having a valid basis, such as consent, to share that data with us. We use it only to deliver that client’s services and keep it confidential.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that it needs to work. Where we use analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they may also set cookies to help us understand visits and measure our campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may not work properly without them.
8. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as Indian tax, accounting and other laws require.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable security practices to protect personal data, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it for their work. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction: ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
